Mr. Dai was born in Xiamen, Fujian, China. He immigrated to the U.S. after he completed high school in Xiamen. Mr. Dai is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese (Amoynese).
Mr. Dai earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley, his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, and his Juris Doctor’s degree from San Francisco Law School.
Since 2012, Mr. Dai is admitted to practice law in California and before the Central Federal District Court of California.
Mr. Dai has been recognized by a California State Assembly Member, a California State Senator, and a Member of Congress for his outstanding leadership and commitment in promoting business, trade and civic engagement.
Mr. Dai is recommended by the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in San Francisco and serves as legal counsel for the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China.
